A minor girl was allegedly raped by a youth in Asmoli area of the Sambal district, police said on Sunday.
The 13-year-old victim was on her way to market on January 2 when she was dragged to a secluded place by the accused, identified as Sonu and raped by him, they said.
On the basis of the complaint lodged by the victim's family members, the accused was arrested last night.
Further probes are on, they added.
